DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR BALLOONS & PARTY GOODS
UK MAINLAND
We use Royal Mail and our couriers DHL and Fastway to deliver your parcels, cost of delivery and the delivery times are stated below.

Heavier Next Day orders which must be sent via a courier service, must be received by 12pm in order to process the transaction.
Smaller Items that we can send Via Royal Mail in a jiffy bag or plastic parcel are sent using a Silver Special Delivery Before 1pm sticker. Please ensure you have sufficient time before your event to cover this extra day if they are to be sent via Courier.
Late Deliveries Important Info: -
As we rely on third parties we cannot guarantee these delivery times, because as
we all know from time to time things occur such as road works, severe weather etc, that are completely out of our control.
We always advise that you order goods early enough to avoid any delivery problems.
If a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to receive your parcel you will not be entitled to a refund
Information Regarding Delivery By Couriers: -
Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your item at the delivery address.
You can suggest a safe alternative where we can leave your parcel. However if a parcel is left without a signature it is no longer our responsibility. Should your parcel be stolen we are unable to replace your goods.
The courier will take the parcel back to their depot and leave a card to advise you of this.
Incorrect Postcodes Info;
If you supply us with an incorrect or incomplete postcode we cannot be held responsible for the delay or lack of completion on the delivery of your item. You will also incur additional delivery charges if you supply us with an incorrect postcode.
ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & NORTHERN IRELAND
Deliveries via DHL & Fastway, the following remote postcodes may take longer with additional charges: Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland means all addresses within the postcode areas beginning with: PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27 & KA28, HS and all addresses within the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, The Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and BFPO.

Please allow an additional 48 hours for deliveries to these areas, purely due to the location.
Deliveries via Royal Mail & Courier, the following remote postcodes may take longer:
Up to 2days = GY1, GY9, HS2-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, ZE2-3
Up to 3 days = KW16-17, PH42, PH43-44

Please note that BFPO deliveries are not guaranteed and you should allow for this when specifying your delivery date.
